A case report of anterior mediastinal mass and a literature review

Herein authors presents a case of a 24 year old male presented with dry cough and facial puffiness for 6 months, breathlessness on exertion, dysphagia, PND, loss of weight and loss of appetite for 2 months. Chest X-ray and CE-CT showed anterior mediastinal mass. On further immunohistochemistry, it was found to be a germ cell tumour, prabably mediastinal seminoma. The case was then treated with bleomycin, etoposide, cisplatin regimen of chemotherapy and followed by radiation for residual lesion. Patient improved well and is in regular follow up.
